Instructions

  • Please issue and complete the given RMA-sheet.
  • Please send the completed RMA-sheet to the given fax- or email-address at Kontron Technology A/S.
  • Kontron Technology will provide you an RMA-No by fax or email.
  • The goods for repair shall be packed properly for shipping, considering shock- and ESD-protection.
  • Please add the RMA-sheet to the relevant delivery address and include the RMA-No into shipping paperwork.

Note

Goods returned to us in non proper packaging will be considered as customer caused faults and cannot accepted in any case as warranty repairs.
