| The Kontron Network Platform KNP-2000 has been designed to be ideal for controller, security and other network applications, requiring server class processing performance and high bandwidth data capabilities. With 3 PCI-X expansion slots using flexible 2U risers, the KNP-2000 is highly flexible and powerful for network data management applications. Cooling fans ensure ample airflow and a redundant 500W power supply provides sufficient power for the most demanding configurations. Optional rear hot-swap SATA hard disk drives further boost functionality. The Kontron Network Platform KNP-2000 supports several processor options, Microsoft® Windows® 2000/XP or Linux operating systems and offers a programmable 4-button LCD interface on the front panel so that controls can be customized to match usage requirements. Each Kontron Network Platform KNP-2000 is extensively tested for optimum reliability. |
