| Positioned as an entry level 4U rack mount platform the C4 series offers the flexibility to be configured for a wide variety of applications. Designed for a standard 19-inch equipment rack, the chassis is constructed of 18 gauge, clear-zinc plated, cold-rolled steel with black exterior. For added flexibility the rack mount ears can be removed to accommodate bench-top use. The C4 Chassis provides horizontal mounting for three front accessible 5.25-inch drive bays and one internal 3.5-inch drive bay. All drives are mounted behind a locking front door for security and protection from environmental hazards. The front panel controls and indicators are also secured behind the locking door. Two 108CFM front-mounted fans provide laminar airflow over all application cards ensuring they are effectively cooled along with providing provide positive pressurisation in the chassis.
