The PCI-AOB8/12 andPCI-AOB16/12 has standard Auto Selection of address and single interrupt. Much of the board has software selection, calibration and control instead of the numerousjumpers and pots used on the older ISA cards. Besides the standard DB37 maleconnector on the rear of the board to bring out allanalog outputs, a 40 pinheader exists on the side of the board for 24 digitalI/O and counters. A suppliedcable converts the 40 pinheader to a DB37 female cardedge connector in the adjacent slot. This secondDB37F uses the C1900 cable to connect from DB37 female to our standard screw terminal boards. The on-board DB37Pconnector uses the C1800cable to connect to eitherthe UTB or STB37 screwtermination boards for accessto the analog outputs. The PCI-AOB8-16/12 provides the user with an easy transition from older ISA boards and operating systems to new modern systems.
